Two weeks later, the Medicine Dance offers the perfect opportunity to process and integrate somatically, dancing into your inner worlds, deepening the richness of your inner wisdoms – There is so much growth available to you here, all in the comfort of your own space.
The Morning Medicine Club:
…meets on Zoom in the first week of every month. From Monday to Friday, we gather together at 6:45am UK time for 45 minutes of guided meditation, oracle card insights and journaling prompts and questions. This is a space of inner exploration. A time when we can all get out of our heads and out of our own way by letting our pen write and being curious about what comes up to be seen. There is no judgement here (including judgement of yourself) as we all come with our morning faces and the intention to uncover and what’s going on in our worlds and process it all in a calm and safe way. more details here
Medicine Dance Online:
…is on the third Friday of every month. The dance starts at 20:00 UK time and lasts approximately 90 minutes and you will be sent the online details ahead of each dance with the last email being sent out half an hour before we gather.
It is the most incredible honour to hold these dance spaces to unite in a sacred, deep, and joyful way. Every month I go deep into creation space as I follow the spirit of music to weave together the sounds and songs that will encourage transformations and healings in body and soul. There are also vocal transmissions from me to help you move the energies through your body and field and give back to the earth all that no longer serves you. This is somatic work; this is grid work; this is how we embody the frequencies of the New Earth.
