Over five mornings, you’ll journey inward through meditation, oracle readings, shamanic journaling, and soulful reflection, emerging lighter, clearer, and aligned with your true path.

This is your time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and step fully into the personal power and clarity that will carry you through the weeks ahead.

The Heart of The Morning Medicine Club

Back in April 2020, when the world felt wobbly, I realised the best way I could serve was by offering a sacred, consistent and supportive morning space for my community, A sacred space to anchor a routine and a journaling & meditation practice.

Month after month, people found themselves opening to greater self-awareness, fresh clarity, and a deeper connection to who they truly are and how they’re here to serve. What began as a way to hold steady through uncertain times has grown to be a centre point for community, from newbies to Yogies.

Why mornings? Because how we begin our day is how we live our lives. Some of us are natural morning people, while others are not. However, either way, the mornings carry the medicine of how we weave our energy into the day, how we respond to challenges, and the direction we choose to walk in.

Why a whole week?
Because transformation takes time. Each question is a doorway. One prompt can spark an awareness that lingers all day, shaping how you move, think and feel. The next day, we go deeper. By the end of the 5 days, you’ve travelled into the hidden corners of your psyche and come out lighter, clearer and with a sense of direction.

Inside your journaling lies the map: coordinates for your life, insights on how to overcome challenges, and commitments that help you live your truth, not the one the collective programming wants you to follow.

And perhaps the most beautiful part?
This is a space where you can drop the mask.

In the outside world, we wear the outfits and personas society asks of us so we can fit in. Here, in The Morning Medicine Club, there’s no need to conform. No expectations. No pressure. You can even keep your screen off if you wish. You are welcome exactly as you are.

This safety, the permission to be raw, real and unmasked, is part of what makes this space so special. It’s a refreshing exhale in these times.

✨Through the practice of guided shamanic journaling, you will step into a gentle therapy for the soul, meeting your shadows, softening old wounds, forgiving yourself and others and opening to new perspectives. The Morning Medicine Club is a gift to yourself and a space where real transformation can begin to take shape.

✨Make yourself a cup of tea. Bring your journal and pen. Jump on Zoom. Come exactly as you are, bed hair welcome, no makeup needed. And if you’d rather stay unseen, leave your camera off. The medicine works just the same.

I find it really benefits me on my journey and keeps me moving forward in my growth of understanding myself. I think it’s been 4 years or so that I have been doing it and I really love looking forward to it every month. Even though winter is a struggle then benefits way out the early morning. I then have some time to gather myself before getting ready for work. ~Victoria

This was my first morning medicine club and it’s truly been transformational,  I’ve been journaling for many years but this held & guided practice invited me to journey so deep that I’ve uncovered a lot of dusty magic and wisdom which I’ll continue integrating for a while. This journey was such pure, potent medicine and I’m deeply grateful to you Lou, this community and the power of putting pen to paper early morning, Thank you, thank you, thank you
